Import-Export Business Startup: Where to Incorporate?
Hi, two of us are starting an import-export company. The company will export gourmet food from the US to China (coffee, cheese, olive oil, etc), initially, and then import products from China to the US after a year or two - that part is to be determined though.

My question is, where should I incorporate my LLC? I will be sourcing products first from Pennsylvania, and after I have created more stronger relationships in the Chinese gourmet sector, source products from Vermont and California.

I would like to know if there is one state which might benefit me, since I will be doing business in multiple states. Also, if there is a state which is tax-friendly for doing business with China.

I don't really care about IRS privacy, veil of secrecy, etc. Thanks!

Incorporating is the act of forming a new “corporate” business structure that affords certain business, tax, and legal advantages to its owner.I also incorporated my business through clickandinc who have vast experience in this regard and I also recommend every one this company.

Delaware is a great state to incorporate your business. It's a home of over 400,000 corportations because it's tax friendly. Do a little research on your and see the difference. Good Luck!!

I have been exporting millions of fleece jackets and polyester t-shirts to US, if you are interested in the garments, you can contact me.

Thanks.
