I am looking to start a mastermind group

I am looking to start a master mind group with the following types of characteristics

1. you must have a desire to motivate and be motivated to succeed at a higher lever.
2. must have business experience
3. must be willing to be accountable to the group and to accountability partner.
4. must be willing to work within a structure mastermind (this is not a social hour only)
5. must be willing to commit to 2 meetings a month, ONLINE, via skype
6. must be wiling to set goals, and attempt to achieve them. dreamers are great, but we are looking for doers here.
7. looking for younger, hungry people to do this with. but no more than 8-10 people. I have a mentor who recommends this, and has had huge success with groups like it. so i would like to start with one that can evolve, and push each other, as well as help each other with a critical eye.
please post here if you are willing to push our youthful limits and make things happen.

Obviously you dont meet all the qualifications, a mastermind is not about 'whats in it for me'. WOW. REALLY? Did you actually read the post? Thats whats in it for you.

I am interested, here's a little about me:

- Entrepreneur since 19 (28 now, does that qualify as young?

)
- MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering
- Had my own business in software development for small/medium companies, retail software for 7 years - it failed, which is the most valuable experience I'll ever have
- Now run an outsourcing company which does big online webapplications related to selfservice
- Am busy making an instructional DVD for sale over the Internet, which is my first attempt at making money online, automated cashflow
- Have another idea for a community site, which I am working on with 3 other people
- Next year I intend to write a book about my software management method, but based on Google Wave (as a replacement of the software I now use)
- After that DVD is finished I am going to have someone write me a mobile phone application and sell that online (already have the idea)
- My goal is to automated about EUR 5.000,- to 10.000,- a month before I reach 30, which is in 2 years minus 6 days

Anyway, I am interested. The only problem you might face (or I

) is that I live on C.E.T. I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands you see. Don't worry about my English, it is fluent and with an American accent

I would like to know some information about the other people who would join the group up front though.
