How to start a text message business

Look I want to start a text message business like that new KGB text message business. It's like google for text messagers. The only thing is that I don't know where to start. How do I go about getting a payper text number? Any information would really help. Thanks.

Hey mate, I was actually investigating the whole premium sms thing earlier this year. You want to contact a 'mobile aggregator', they will help you with short code numbers among other things. Check out some of their websites and read up a bit before you ask them for help:
