Hi
I was serving an MNC till recently and later left my job to join my husband's venture. I am the technical lead in our firm. But I feel I am still stuck in an employee's mindset! How do I disincentivise/incentivise myself for working in our organization? I don't take a salary, there's no question of a promotion/demotion and I can't be kicked out! How then does one ensure that I work in the best interests of the company?
