Franchising or Licensing

Hi Guys,

I've been searching online for a little while, and there's no really good information on licensing - in terms of fees to charge, what is the usual scope of licensing beyond just selling products, etc. I own a restaurant (www.myspace.com/cajuncorner) and have been getting franchise interest, but we're not set up as a franchise yet, and we don't have the capital to do so yet, but I'd be more than happy to do things license style until we get big enough. Does anybody have any resources or directions to point me into?? Thanks!
