Hello everyone,

I've been rumbling my head trying to think of possible internet businesses i could run whilst still at school (I am 16 years of age). I decided i wanted to make a website dedicated to finding great deals with discounts, an onsite marketplace and a budget-home making section along with general home-making sub-forums and hobby sections. Of course this website would be best suited to women and i would be required to get input from mothers.

Question 1). I have decided to out-source this project and i'm just wondering how much it will cost me to get someone to build a website and forum theme. My budget of course will be around $400-$500 however i could muster up a few hundred extra from external sources.

Question 2). What would the best way of finding out information from my target market, surveys in malls, online email surveys, social networking websites, already established websites, door-to-door surveys? all of them?

Question 3). How could i make my business idea different then other websites already on the internet?

I will appreciate any input you can give, as i know you have busy lives.
