So sorry that I started a thread again. I think this sub forum is the right place to post. I fully apologize about starting a thread here. I am not trying to spam.
Actually, I am going to start a new business soon. Now, I am in a midst of creating my business name. As all of you guys know, creating a business name is as important as drafting a business plan.
Over here, I have a few confusion that would like to consult you guys here. If we are to register a business name, do we need to take note of already taken existing business name. Of course we need but in what extend. Say for example there is company called Kokon. Are we able to register a business call Kokon Online or Kokon Technology?
Besides that, I understand that we also need to take note on the register trademark. Is there any relation between business name and register trademark. For example, there is an existing trademark for a company called Kokon. Is it a violation if we register our business name called Kokon Online, Kokon Fashion and etc.
In fact, I am now very frustrating of creating a business name without violating to any laws in any countries.
Another confusion of mine is that if there is an existing business called Kokon in US, are we able to register a business name called Kokon in UK?
I hope experts here are able to help me to escape from this confusion.
