I would just like any thoughts and feedback concerning my concept of opening a non-alcoholic bar in New Zealand. I understand the importance of the entertainment, promotion and marketing, providing a safe and secure environment and creating a feel-good atmosphere etc. I am hoping to target people within the 25-45year age group but ofcoasre will not turn business away from those slightly beyond that bracket. We're currently exploring different types of non-alcoholic beverages and how we can most effectively present them to our customers. We also want on a more specific level a dress code that will set the tone, beginning with most of our entertainers and our staff. We are not opening in a bid to encourage less alcohol consumption, but rather we want to provide a place where people can come to relax and have fun without the alcoholic element. We hope that this bar will meet a number of needs by providing a place for people to have a good time without hopefully many of the adjoined hassles that alcohol fuelled nights entail.So let me know what you think, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
