Looking for investor(s) to open a sex toy store in Jaco Costa Rica

How are you. I have been on this forum for years. I have given financial advice and commented off and on and even met a really good business partner on this site and we are doing well together. Right now I am planning on opening a sex store in Jaco Costa Rica and I am looking for an investor or a couple of investors. Jaco Costa Rica is the closest beach town to San Jose(the capital) so this town gets both loads of tourists and locals every weekend. Costa Rica has a population of approximately 4 million and 2 million tourists on a yearly basis. Jaco is THE party town in Costa Rica. CR gets many eco tourists as well as sex tourists, since prostitution is legal there. There are no sex stores in the town and I have found a great location next to the Beatle Bar, which is the most famous bar in Jaco. I am looking for an investment of $10,000 in this venture. Please let me know if interested and we can move forward with more information.

My wife and I are in Jaco this week and definitely see the market for this. Have you found any investors yet and what is your anticipated total investment need? What percentage of the business are you selling for a $10k investment? We are interested.
