    I need help / advice

I am a restaurant owner. I currently own a very popular breakfast/luch place called "The Egg". Google theeggrestaurants.com. THis is my fifth restaurant that I have owned, three of which were in Los Angeles. I have been offered a lease in a new and exciting developement called Langtree at the Lake, (google that also) but I need to raise approximately $800k to build out a new place. I've gotten a lot of press already, being the local restauranteur that I am, and the developement is making national news. Advice?

If you are successful with your current restaurant and have/do own several then there are many funding sources out there that are geared specifically to you.

What kind of advice are you looking for?

I own my current restaurant outright, but do not have any capitol for next one. My credit is overextended and bad because I have way too much for the amount of income that I claim. THe banks want more equity than my current restaurant is worth. Where can I get financing?

Give me a day or two so I can call a couple of friends and get some numbers or sites to their funding sources. They are geared specifically towards restaurateurs
