Hello YE. Seeking investment as well as possible partner/mentor

Hello YE,
After much ado I am back,
as per my long absence in my community I have done several years at an Accredited Business University, as well have gained unmeasurable experience throughout several projects (some successful, some... well not so much).

I am writing here seeking investment/funding for a current venture of mine -
To narrow down the investors who will continue reading it is a Location based mobile application.

My partner and I (50/50) have just finished financing the development of the application with a contract programmer.
We have a programmer coming on for a small piece of equity (approx. 4%).

We are seeking funding for marketing/implementation, on a side note we would like (if possible) an investor with knowledge of the Mobile Application Market (mainly IOS), because although we have read several books apart and done more than our fair share of research - we realize there is so much to learn that can only be taught with first-hand experience.

As per the amount we are looking for -- it is not set in stone and is most definitely negotiable.
