Offline company moving online 1st January, in operation for 2 weeks, current net profit AUS$15600.

We provide schools with online yearbook social networks similar to facebook so students can create their own memories of school by uploading pctures, comment eachother, writing blogs and infrmation about themselves etc.

The script we are using is adequete for small schools yet bugs occur when tested on larger scales (in excess of 500 users). We are not specialists in PHP and would like to bring someone who is onto the team.

You will be payed on commission from each school deal. We have a number of people interested and the best offer as of yet is a 6% share of profits which yields a lot for one script over time.

"Similiar to facebook" i'd say that is your losing point. mediocre idea at best i'd say, but the best of luck.
