Wholesale automotive technology startup looking for partners

We've developed a system that automatically processes thousands of wholesale automotive inventory sources to find the best deals for dealers (purchasing vehicles at wholesale to be sold at retail). The system has the ability to net thousands per vehicle, but due to the nature of the system and the numerous data contracts involved it cannot be sold or licensed to individual dealers. We are currently exploring a few venues to bring this system to the market, and we're looking for strategic partners.

Experience in the auto industry (wholesale or retail) is much preferred, but all interested parties are welcome.
