Website/iPhone/Blackberry Application Investors

Hello Everyone –

I am looking for a investor(s) for the new website/iPhone application/blackberry application I in the process of getting started. I will just call it an application just so I do not have to keep saying, website/iPhone application/blackberry application every time. Basically what this application will do is allow users to ‘update the status’ of a bar/restaurant. And what I mean by ‘updating the status’ is people at the bar will go to the application/website and update the information of how long the wait is at the door if there is one, how long it takes to get your meal, how long it takes to get your drink, how the party is at the moment, among other items. When a user updates the information to the application they will get a point or a token, whatever you want to call it. When the user collects certain amount of points he/she will be able to get percents of drinks, or other things that we decide they can win. We will be giving away drink specials, and or other bar/restaurant items away. This way it gives people a reason to update the information. I will be launching this in Madison, WI but it has a ton of potential to expand.

That is the main point of the application/website. I do have some more information if you are interested in investing this project that we can talk about through PM’s or through email.

Good questions.

I am looking for about $7,000, a more exact quote will be known when I get a few more quotes back from some programmers. The money will be used to pay for the creation of the iPhone/Blackberry/website. A little will be used or some advertising, but majority of the money will be used for the creation of the application.

That was one idea that we did have. We are going to get the applications get created so they all sync together along with the website.

We have looked into what veikoh mentioned earlier and we are looking into turning this project into a complete web based system. It will be viewable on every phone that has the internet, that way we can share it with people who do not have iPhones and Blackberries.

So with that, the investment will go down by about $2000 dollars to about three thousand dollars at most.

Without going into too much detail here, like most IT related ideas you have only focused on the basic application and not on the peripherial/additional income streams that can be generated.

I would imagine you could be looking at a phone app, website & mobi site.

But we can talk more later.

You are correct. There are other ways of making some money on this idea. I would like to talk to you further about this with you. My email that I am using has not been sending messages lately, and I was wondering if you received my email.

Marketing: $0 - I will be using some viral Facebook marketing ideas that I have learned recently.
