Details cannot be disclosed due to the idea, but it will be along the lines of an event planner, with a special twist which will make it very marketable and can easily be another big-name website in the near future.

Live in SF Bay Area (south bay preferred)
Highest quality of work, no cutting corners period
Have a strong interest in outdoor sports and activities Financially stable to be able to risk time (no money will be risked) Able to work 20-40 hours per week (very flexible due to structure of site) Able to think outside the box

Financial backer (I am backing it financially, but someone willing to go in 50/50 is much better)

The website is up and running, but does not have the full effect needed before its public launch, which will require database programming. I have found a free software to implement for initial startup (so we can launch it extremely soon), but a back end will be needed for the entire list of ideas to implement.
