Web Guru is looking for a partner

I have over 6 years of web design, development, SEO, SEM, web hosting, and general project management experience. I have contributed to a number of starter websites successful launch in the past and am looking to take one of my or your ideas big. I'm good at getting new ideas off the ground on my own but history has shown me that I need a dedicated partner to take something really big.

I have a full time software engineering job right now but I spend 4-5 hours a day on my own projects. I'm looking for a serious partner who is dedicated to becoming successful and either has an idea on their own or would be interested in joining on of my existing projects.

Just briefly, here is a summary of the top two projects I have going on. I can give more detail if someone is interested.
Established and Turnkey Websites for Sale, Domain names for sale - Website Auction Hub is a website auction forum place which can become very profitable if the right person helps to promote it and we take website broker requests in house.

The Champion of Online Reward Programs and Free Prizes - Home is a rewards points website that can become really profitable if I can find someone who can get companies to contract market research opportunities to us directly.

Hey bookatechie, I may have an interest in doing some jvs with you - I like your work - nice and crisp - obviously a rare combination of design, programming and front-end design. I almost never see that anymore, as each segment becomes more and more complex.

You didn't say what you need a partner for.. you did not mention what you expect from them and/or what you are offering...

I didn't post any specific requirements because right now I'm just looking for people who might be interested in joining either one of my projects or people who have a good idea and are looking for someone who is good at getting online ideas off the ground.

I can offer my web skills and time described above in return for a new project.
