Our company is relatively new and fast growing focused in a number of global industries. We will be launching a high end product within the next six months and currently have a “nitch” position open for a senior web developer and/or designer; and so we’re looking for partners skilled in the art of web development, design, and preferably graphics design as well. At this time we would like to offer the opportunity for a nontraditional arrangement before seeking individual companies and/or employment referral entities for a traditional arrangement.

This position will entail two major projects. The immediate one consists of a preliminary website that will act as a showcase, introductory, and brochure-like destination. At this time it will consist of a homepage (main spotlight) and two to three other pages that will act as a catalyst revealing further details of what is to be expected on the debut of a product currently in development.

We are reserving this position for a special individual and would like to engage in a long term business relationship with however is selected for this task. We prefer to be as effective in our business arrangements and relationships as much as possible and would like to resonate this with this particular project. Our company is staffed by a wonderful and brilliant team of youthful professionals in the (25-35 age group), myself included. And so we would like to grow alongside whoever is selected, being a part of our experience as well.

2) Seeking long term business relationships and/or partnerships
3) Access and expert use of the latest tools and services key to this project
4) A flexible schedule, or one that can be easily manipulated to accommodate us (after the interview process)

6) Can see his or herself as possibly becoming a part of our company (after the interview process)

This partnership entails many benefits, but does not entail immediate monetary compensation for the first six months due to the way it’s structured. This arrangement requires that it be formalized by a signed contract (hard copy) and mailed to our respective locations.
