    Lightbulb Web Developer/Designer 50/50 Partnership

    Hey everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to read this thread. I'm reaching out to anybody with experience/knowledge in the Web Development or Web Design field.

    Here's the scenario:

I started a side project (video blog type website) http://www.heyidea.com that revolves around business ideas. I originally planned to complete and monetize the site to see if I could create a community of individuals that were interested in critiquing\attacking/discussing a variety of ideas from possible to highly unlikely.

I always seem to have several projects going at once (for better or for worse) and several months ago this http://www.heyidea.com project was put to a standstill as my main priority project gained some unexpected traction in the right direction.

I figure I shouldn't let this project go to waste and working with somebody may open up doors of opportunity for both of us. This project can be as passive as you'd like. The site isn't 100% complete by any means as you can see. We can redo it entirely or tweak it.. I'm willing to give 100% creative freedom. I'm also willing to put in just as much work as you are.

If any of this sounds like something you may be interested in.. shoot me an email at heyidea@gmail.com and we can decide if working together would be a good fit. If you're not 100% sure but have other inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will respond to everyone.

I'm hoping this type of small project may be a means to future/larger partnerships with the same individual. Thanks guys!

OK, well I'm interested but I heavily dislike the design (and the fact that you're using Google Video player). But tell me this ... how do you make money out of it?

I shouldn't even dignify this with a response, however I think it'd be good for your future in entrepreneurship. When someone gives clear instructions on how to contact them and a person takes the lazy, unsightly route.. which is not in correspondence with the message.. there's a good chance they will see you as either "lazy" or "unable to follow instructions".

Keep this in mind while representing yourself in the future. Good Luck
