Looking to have someone design a website for our newest project. Whom ever is interested would be included in a profit share plan, to be discussed at a later time. We need a user registration with two levels (viewer/poster). The posters would be able to upload, edit and remove postings that will include photos descriptions etc.

We're going for a look similar to apartments.com and roommates.com
