    Watch Out for Scams

    All,

I am not sure if this is a scam or not but I posted a question a few days back and I received this from someone called "Texus"...this is the reply I received.

"send me some more information about your product. I have some investors who are looking to place large amounts of cash. I am an individual not a company."

I have written him back twice with no reply...

I told him that I am cautious about sending anything to anyone until I can speak with them on the phone or have a credible company name or person to contact.

Well, to no avail, "Texus" has not answered. If "Texus" is real, then you may want to consider being less cryptic.

I saw that guy a few times around here.

Usually a quick check of his post history will tell you what you need to know. If most of his posts are one-liners with nothing of use, then don't even waste your time with him. And if he hardly even has a post history and / or is new, again, don't even waste your time.

And Speaking of Scammers: When searching for an investor... Watch out for Dr. Frank Morgan, Henry Elisha, Dr. Mandy and other Nigerian scammers who "claim" to be investors. But keep a watchful eye on Dr. Frank Morgan as he is a member here.
