Hey, man, what's up? I'm definitely interested in this idea. It sounds like a fairly innovative model in terms of profitability and overhead. I have some additional ideas, but I'd prefer to discuss them through email.

I'd say a fairly convincing reason that I'd be a useful partner is that I have a very strong network with nearly all major colleges in the Boston area as well as the Colleges throughout Long Island (where I go to school) and New York City. Expanding to these locations would likely send the size of your business through the roof.
