Wanted Investors/ web Developer/ Partner

I have been working on creating this custom website, designed for travelers and people wanting to share their travels and experiences with others, It started off very basic and I have just kept adding onto it. I have many other ideas that i would like to implement but i am running out of resources and not capable of doing the programing myself. I'm in need of a business partner preferably someone with some web developing skills that finds an interest in the project and wants to work together and get this website off the ground to start brining in some profit.

You said you designed the site, so are you grameentek.com then I gather?

I'm a web developer running my own biz in Hungary. Your site looks promising, would be interested in partnering with you. A question: what language do you use for programming the site? Cause I'm currently involved mainly in Java and a little PHP for side projects.
