Very profitable business plan, need some financial assistance.

I have been extensively researching, locating what necessary equipment, property and location I would need to establish my start-up.

I have a business plan that would take an initial investment of $65,000 to ready a Self Storage company, start out with 150 - 250 storage units of various size and begin expanding as profits come in.

The cost of the average storage unit in my demographic is around $80 /mo.

With extensive marketing, savvy and quick construction: this idea could become a reality in very little time.

Eventual franchising and expansion given the success of the business is planned.

I have my shopping list, I have the plot of land reserved. I am in need of an investment >$65,000. I only need what it takes to get the business started, if it's less fantastic.

Partial ownership of the company is an option and/or a loan repayment plan.

What area is this? What assets would be securing this loan?

The area: The plot of land is located in northern Summit County in Ohio USA. The assets are to be built, I've been heavily in contact with a manufacturer, have the blue print, just need to secure the property, permits and build. It takes on average one month to erect these types of facilities. I also have a contractor who's already quoted me a low rate to assemble the storage buildings and prep them for business.

Nearly all the bases are covered, at this point I just need funding. The company name is registered, land is on hold.
