I am an affiliate of private lenders who want to fund your real estate project at 100%, the minimum amount we finance is 50 million, but here is the good news, there is no debt service, no interest to pay, and no money down.
Qualifications are as follows:

1. Project must benifit humanity.
2. Lender must have an equity position on the back end of the deal.
3. project must show a projected profit of 15% to 25%.

We do not check credit, but we will check the people who does the work for you, because we want the best for the money we are lending, also we buy out existing projects.

Hmmm.. you'll loan up to $50M but you do not do credit checks? I'm totally missing something...
