US based partner with good Spanish wanted!

Hi all,

I have just registered to this site,hope I'm in the right place to find the right person!

I am looking for a business partner to start our own business which is export chemicals to China market.

What I have:
1) I have been in this business for five years.

2) I already have my own customers with ongoing demand.

3) The real asset I have is my solid trusted relationship with those customers based in HK and mainland China.

4) Aware of all the import,shipping procedures of this material as well as the documetns that required by the related customs office.

5) Based in Beijing,I am the one to take care of the after sales customer service and payment collection.

6)Language: English,Chinese,Uyghur(native speaker) with some Turkish,Uzbek and Spanish.

7) Have been visited almost all the big industrial cities of China thus know where to sell what material.

Why I need a foreing partner: Because this is import to China business and it's much easier for the partner than me to look for the material,visit suppliers,get contract and take care of the shipment.

What I need from the partner:

1. Majored in chemical engineering is most welcome but not a must. Business Law/Business majored ones and some international business experienced ones are strong candidates.

2. Due to the BIG material source availability in the US, the partner should be based in US and is able to travel to the manufaturing sites across the country.

3. Must have good negotiation and communicating skills/tactics to get contract from suppliers.Some relationship with related local/state government offices/agencies in this field is REAL advantage(Who says "connection" works ONLY in China???If a stranger and a friend of yours asking the same product under same price from you,don't you prefer to sell it to your friend?Isn't this your connection???).

4. Willing to work on any time basis with strong responsibility. Due to the time difference, the partner might need to work during his evening times.

5. Be able to deal import/export procedures in USA.

6. Due to the potential market in Chili,Colombia and other South American countries, the partner required to speak good Espanol!!!

How much investment is required: I wanna do this 50-50 and the real cost will depend on the company type we are going to register + the contract we get from the suppliers.

This is just one of my biz plans,others will be on the table when the situation is ready.Le'ts not take off our clothes until we see the water to swim.
