Hi,im a normal man,living a normal life,and i have something that wiill revolutionise employment around the world,my website that i need to build an launch is called EMPLOYMENTBAY,every trade and profession,employed or unemployed can register,with your picture,and a small vidieo if you wish,so people can see and identyfy who there looking at,your c.v. is there also,along with your location basically everything the employer needs to no.EXAMPLE,say you joined my website,well employers around the world could see you and place a bid on highering you,for a week or two week period or whatever lengh of time they needed you,and the highest bid wins your services,you could even have a higher now price,please think of all the possibilities my site has,theres close on 170 million unemployed around the world,imagine introducing my site to the world right now!,now is the time,it will be as big if not bigger as all the social network sites that are out there now,ive even spoken at lengh with my local M.P,who emailed the head of the job centre plus in swindon,on my behalf,and was told he would be interested in working with my website,and im screaming out for help,please be the one to help me launch my site, ,an i know being a multi millionaire is so close and within my grasp,as will be the person who helps me,i managed to buy all the relevent domains,but need help to acheive my goal and get the website built and launched,it will be huge,message ,thanks,Robbie

I think your idea expands on some of the other very popular employer/employee sites.

But let me ask you a question, why would an employer want to bid for an employee? Unless they have very specialist skills etc i cannot see any employer having any desire to bid.

However i like the idea so far, apart from the bid bit and would be interested to hear more.

Hi Rob,that was my inital idea,think about when an agency wants 10 men ect...,they look on the site an they can see who their actually hiring,instead of them just turning up,an then they have to weed out the good ones,this site has never been done,believe me Rob,this site will be huge,i mentioned that the head of the job centre plus is willing to work with the site,an once its launched it will spread to every job centre in the country,an before you no it,around the world....
