Two Opportunities for investor. Possible Partner

I do not like wasting time with people. Please do not waste mine.

The first opportunity I have requires a large investment. It would fall under the IT field. Large investment means $500k to $2mm. I have put a substantial amount of my own money into the project already. I understand that the amount needed is probably not something I will find from a single person on this site.

If you have contacts with angel investors, venture capitalist, private investors of anykind, contact me and we can discuss a fee of some kind. I would be interested in a smaller investor/partner for this project. By this I mean an investment of $40k to $90k (to some what match my own contributions) to push forward with other venture groups and attorney/contract fees. The smaller investment would be much easier for some here to do. Honestly, it might be better for you than just a referral. I believe in sharing opportunity and this is a big opportunity.


The second opportunity, one of my investors in a bar and grill fell through at the finish line. This has put me in a small pickle. Not because I have lost money but because it's too good of an opportunity to pull back from. Investor (POSSIBLE partnership) needed for the project. Between $50k and $70k. Like any other restaurant investment there is risk but because of the growth at its location, risk is minimal. Investor can expect full return in as little as 18 months including one balloon payment in as little as 3 months. Partnership would need to be discussed.
