Two great domains, need partner for development

    All:

Have recently registered some choice domains, but they are new and have no traffic...YET!!!

I would be interested in offering 25% ownership (negotiable) to any web developer interested in helping develop my business. Like I said, domains are young with no traffic, but I am willing to put the money into the development of these sites. I am absolutely clueless in terms of graphic design and web development...that's why I need you.

Feel free to contact me with any questions...

    Thanks,

    John

J, the development and creation of sites is the easy part. Marketing and driving traffic to your new sites will be the challenging part.

I understand this. But for MYSELF....personally development is the problem.

I understand the operational, financial (although my weakest suit) and marketing and sales...I just need someone to develop these sites.

IN regards to classifiedcommercial...that's in my industry. That's where I've grown my network, made great deals and that's where I'm going to keep overhead WAY DOWN while still making a splash. But, yes...I understand marketing is key. Isn't that any venture, though?

As other people have mentioned you can get a basic site up and running for a reasonable amount of money these days but it is the SEO of the site and getting the visitors to the site that is the hardest part. The sites can be either a turnkey variety which cuts the cost of setting a site up or you can get a all singing all dancing custom site but that will require deep pockets and that is before you even think about marketing.Good luck and keep us updated

Will do. Won't need too much SEO to launch. I think I should come out of the gate with about 1500 members + (I believe that's a conservative guesstimate). It's a winning concept for a gigantic market full of "need more exposure" agencies and associates.

I understand, though, custom development will be expensive. That's why I would rather take on someone who is established enough to take some time out for a nice opportunity and give them 25% of net sale price...myself contractually binded, of course--and all liability on me.

You'd be amazed at the network I've grown in this industry over the years....it will definitely keep my overhead down off the bat.

Not interested in speaking openly on here about it in its entirety, but if anyone is interested, please let me know.

I'm getting great interest and responses so far.

Thanks, too, for all of the advice and comments!! Keep 'em coming.
