    Trader looking for investors

    Hello,

My name is Alex. I've been trading successfully the Fx market for 6 years and I am looking for investors who want to profit from the market.
I'm not here to offer a "get rich quick" system, but something like 3-5% avg return monthly with the same risk.
As of now I've been working with a couple of fx companies, but I'm trying to build my own business.

    Alex

So who do you have accounts with, what do you trade 'cable' or something else and what amounts are you trading with,i use CMC markets out of London and also trade cfd and s/betting with them and have done for about 7 years although i only tend to use the latter account these days for trading as it is totally tax free but this is only available to UK account holders.

Trading account will be in the investors' name. The broker where the account will be held depends on the investor, usually there is a multiple choice.

    i hate bullshit like this
you're an unregistered, uninsured investment adviser contravening at least 2 federal statutes
worse than the legal issues..you're advocating for supernormal returns in the world's most efficient market
it tells me that you've never formally studied finance
you're an uneducated, ill qualified, degenerate gambler
except that you lie and tell people that somehow you're doing more than flipping a coin to predict currency movements
now go sit with your little charts
i hear the $US is going down against $AU

I understand why you're so angry.
It must be hard doing your monkey job 1$/h, put your saving in a bank that burnt it, maybe losing your house too.
But that's not my fault, you don't know anything about me but you wrote a post like yuo knew anything.
Flipping coin, gambling? That says me you don't know anything about any market either.
Grow up envious, angry little man and buy more bananas for your monkey job.
It must be painful being you, I feel really sad for the people around you.

I don't care about his qualification. His post sure explains what person he is, writing what he wrote knowing nothing about me. And he is a moderator too. For example a 3%/monthly is supernormal returns? He doesn't know what he's talking about, qualifications or not.

    yea..I work in financial services
i'm also a licensed financial planner
i've advised private clients on currency speculation

    but that's not the point
the point is that CFTC's register of enforcement actions (not to mention the SEC's), has endlessly long records of people like FxManager getting prosecuted, fined and jailed
...what's longer still, is the list of victims ripped off by dudes like the original poster

the name of the game is consumer protection and the responsibility we all have to report unregistered investment advisers. that's why the laws exist in the first place.
the victims described in regulator reports could easily anyone's mother or father

I don't understand. You don't know anything about me or what I do, and yet you say I am a scam ripping off people.

    aaa yes, good point
    what I think is irrelevant
heaven knows I'm not the squeaky cleanest guy in the room

the important issue is that you your self don't know what you're doing
    let me explain
say you found some poor soul to open an account and let you trade on their behalf
let's assume that for some time things are going alright
then you have a bad day, the market turns against you and you're in the red
when this happens, because you're unregistered, your clients can successfully sue you for the losses that you've incurred
or, they can sue you for any fees that they paid you

the point is that, unlike a registered adviser, you can't say "oh, well you took a risk, you lost money, bad luck"
the reason why you can't say that, is because as an unregistered investment adviser, any contracts that you enter into are void ab initio
as far as the law goes, any agreements that you enter into with clients are illegal and therefore unwoundable

people like you are reckless, not just with other people's money, but your own money
heavens help you if you come across a client who has a lawyer in the family

Still I don't understand your anger.
I may be registered or not, but that's not the point, because there are countries where you don't need to be registered to be a money manager.
If you're in us trading us accounts you have to be registered of course, but if you're not you cannot even be a money manager.

You keep saying I'm reckless, uneducated, ill qualified, degenerate gambler without knowing me.
The difference is that people like you get paid to give advice, no matter how bad. Money managers get paid IF they make money.

You keep talking about license and registration without getting info about investment.
Now I understand your anger, you must have taken a HUGE loss from a bank or money manager and now everybody in this job is evil.
And you deserved it, because people like you are so arrogant thinking to be smart to give money to people like Madoff (was he registered and licensed?), or company like Refco (was it registered and licensed?).

    honestly...
here you are sitting around taking about speculating in currency
    that's so boring
the real opportunity in forex is helping customers manage FX exposure...
there's so many industries to choose from, so many people to help

I hate people that assume they are right fx, idk maybe you need to tell yourself that your qualified to make yourself believe, but it's not going to cut it with this community. Cmon, I'm 14 and I would not trust you with the little money I have. You really need to take a step back and reevaluate your qualifications.

Don't worry. Your money is safe. I don't trade 10$ accounts.
