I need an investor with vision too understand the benefits of this opportunity. I have a P.O. in hand, signed by both buyer and seller. Material is ready to be processed, loaded and delivered. Shipping terms, pricing and logistics are in place. Buyer is a multi-national company incorporated here in the U.S. P.O. is for $1.2M and we're looking for an investor to put up 30% for quick operating capital. Investor will receive full repayment of the 30% loan and a to be determined % agreed upon by us and the lender within 60 days. Other options are available in this deal for substantial ROIs for an investor with vision and a backbone. Parts of this deal can be collateralized with a 3 to 1 LTV ratio but this would involve a larger investment but with same ROI or JV, equity share or profit sharing opportunities for the right person.
