What type of investments are you looking to make? Long, short?

How much money are you planning on starting with to invest?

The ones that you find through research, not the ones people recommend on forums!

Yh some good advise in the above post

Yh you could take tips... But always research them like you would with any investments

There are some interesting investment forums around - adfvn (not sure) and LSE (uk shares) ... Used both a lot when I used to trade

Read around a lot... We can't advise you on what to invest in... You should make your own mind through thorough research

Caps.Fool.Com is a good stock rating community to poke around on while researching.

I use CNBC to keep up with news and their tv channel frequently breaks news first.

Yahoo Finance has message boards that are pretty active, you can also view institutional holding, income statements, and balance sheets on here.

    Best of Luck
