Themed Hotel start-up..Need Partner

Hello, I am very interested in starting a themed hotel franchise. I believe my ideas would create one of the most talked about hospilitical structres ever. I am looking for someone who has some insight on hotels, is a good researcher, and is willing to share ideas. I am currently writing a business plan to be funded by a VC so no investment is required. Hotels or for that matter any brick and mortar idea is quite risky in this economic climate. I say the future and success of your hotel rides on the lone exclusivity with surrounding areas of interest, endorsements and services. I would love to see a shot of the hotel though!

I would be interested. I am pretty creative and am a great researcher. My wife works in a hotel so she has experience in the hotel industry and I could pick her brain about inner workings of the hotel business. I also know 2 different people who own a few hotels.
