I am looking for investors or partners in a new restaurant concept for a casual dining restaurant. The restaurant can be described as Bubba Gump meets New Orleans. The major competitive advantages it has is it doesn't prescribe to gimmicks to get customers for example offering gator, but serves classic Cajun/Southern dishes with local ingredients to make a high quality product. The dishes will involve Beignets the light fluffy right way, Po'boys, Gumbo, and Jambalaya. It also will accomadate the cocktail crowd with Hurricanes and full service bar. That isn't where the concept starts it also will work to create a atmosphere with music from the region such as Jazz, Swamp rock, blues, and others.
