I am here on behalf of a friend of mine who has created a business that will be primarily targeted towards reaching out to the painting and art community and businesses. I have come here in order to obtain valuable information and opinions on what you all think of this business and for you all to answer a questionnaire that I have created. I would appreciate it for all of you to take the time and read a summary of the business and then answer the questions that follow the summary. Summary of Business Venture/Opportunity:

Chromi, a business in South Korea, invented a special paint that changes the color of products according to temperature, UV, and it can also glow in the dark. Chromi America, an affiliate of Chromi, has been formed in order to collaborate with its partner in South Korea to import these revolutionary products from South Korea to the United States to create new trends in primarily art and paint business establishments. Chromi America will attempt to generate interest in these revolutionary products using three different strategies:

1. Chromi Paint Business:

Using this strategy, Chromi America will import paint-related products that can change the color of products according to temperature(Chromism Paint), paint that can cause products to glow in the dark(Luminous Paint), and a mixing agent that mixes colors to create additional varieties of colors for different products.

2. Spray Can Business:

Chromi America will import 3 types of sprays which can change color based on the temperature(Chromism Spray), sprays that can cause products to glow in the dark(Luminous Spray), and sprays where products only show color under UV conditions(UV Spray).

3. Product Application Business:

The importation of Chromi’s paint from South Korea will be able to be applied to a variety of everyday products such as mug cups, lids, cell phone covers, chalkboards, educational letter and numerical toys, cards, candles, gift boxes,
and numerous other products.

The goal of Chromi America is to obtain an investor in order to import these products into the United States, sell the paint and/or spray cans to art and paint establishments; who can use the paint/spray on their various products to sell to their customer and client base. Also, Chromi America is looking to expand on what Chromi has achieved so far in South Korea and hopefully become famous and get noticed within the media to achieve even greater results.
