I found prime location, great area downtown, found cheap supplier for name brands and have some capitol for start up. I have full business plan with detailed breakdown of financing, marketing, and sales revenue.
Looking for 2-3 Partners/investors and 10-20k to make this a reality

Partners can be a huge problem. Especially if you don't know them. Go to LendingClub.com or Prosper.com and you can borrow the money you need. This way you will own the business completely.
