starting new web 2.0 biz. need investors, partners

I am starting a web 2.0 marketplace, (or a place to buy or sell web applications) Will be listings for apps from facebook, twitter, or anyother sites. This type of business has been tried several times with no success, but I think it is a good idea, and have some ideas to make it work. Im looking for a business partner to start with me. Please note I plan to incorporate this business regardless so investors are welcome to. Please pm me for more details.
I am putting up 5k of my own money in this venture. I am hoping for a partner with skills enough to build and design this site, although i do have a layout plan. I will settle for investors though since this site can be outsorced to a web firm I know for a few thousand. Please Post any advice or commentary, opinions anything. Please feel free to insult or gripe. I am putting up 5k so I wont complain about any advice.

I have been involved in business and investing for 6 years. I live in texas, and this is my 2nd web venture, although the first one i was involved with, was advertising and i was just content writer.
