We're a 50-person software firm that develops, sells and supports software solutions serving the retail and restaurant\hospitality industries. Our product is installed in several thousand locations, with a client base consisting of both independent businesses and more recently nationwide chains.

We have had successful growth over the past few years, but limited funds prevent us from reaching the higher levels we know we can achieve. Our goals with additional capital would be stronger marketing, PR, further development of our software to diversify our client base and offer software versions in Europe and other areas of the world, and solidify our structure to otherwise expand our product and grow our sales.

Our company has a great team, and is looking for a partner to help us achieve greater levels of success.
