Small used car dealership looking to grow

a little about me

small used car dealership in west sussex focusing manily on selling economical family hatch backs/saloons in the £2000 - £6000 budget range.

I started trading in may 2011 and despite being in the middle of a recession i have managed to build from scratch, to break even almost every month, i am seeking investment to increase my stock level so i can meet the demand and start making real proffit and grow the buissness

i have a consumer credit licence and i have set up with a nationwide broker so that i can offer finance to my customers should they want it. i also have an agreement with a larger garage outside of my market area who i used to work for and am personal friends with the owner and the manager, they provide me with warrantys for all the cars i sell, as at this moment in time without the investment i seek i can not meet the minimum monthly sales targets thet all major warranty companys require for me to be able to deal with them directly

There are more established competiters in the local area but due to the relativly low overheads i have i can almost always match there prices and usally beat them, although due to my current lack of cash flow iand buying power i cant always. But despite this every month i am reciving more and more enquireys.

i am seeking £10000 - £14000 which will be used to increase not only my level of stock but also the value of the cars i am selling (newer cars around 3 -5 years old) which i have found to be the fastest selling and most profitable stock to hold which will really get my biussness making proffit and growing

working on the proffit margines the market currently alows me to operate on and the current demand for the type of cars i wish to stock, i am looking to have either the initial borrowed money payed back approximatly within 25 months (£10000 investnent) or 35 months (£14000 ivestment) with proffit returned in a further 5 - 10 months.
although i am open to hear your own reypayment preferances should you have any as i understand the option i have set out bellow and researched dose not offer massive proffit oppertunities for the investor but it is easily achivable and relativly safe

i am currently opperating the buisness on my own as the day to day runing of things can be delt with single handed, should i need assistance with delivereys of vehicles my fathere is always available, and the companys i use for paint and mechanicle repairs collect and return my cars to the premasis.

i trained as a mechanic when i left school, and in the 10 years scince i have worked many roles within the motor trade including sales, and have always brought and sold a few cars on the side, i decided to start on my own in febuary 2011 and after 3 months researching the local market and competition i decided to go ahead in may 2011 with help from a bank buissness loan, which got me up and running with premassis and a sufficiant level of stock.

i have 3 local garages i use for service/repair work all of whome employ professional trained and experianced staff and provide me with reliable and cost effective service, this is the same for any body work i require.
