Hi
Looking for a small amount of funding for a business in West Lothian Scotland.
Over the past 6 months I’ve been gearing up with my business idea and I’ve now managed to get all the equipment required apart from a few small items.
I have setup a purpose built family portrait photography studio in an out building at home. I now feel that it’s time to move onto a new location where I can potentially pick up passing trade.
I also feel that this would give my start up business a more professional appearance.
I’m looking for someone who can help towards the funding of a small business premises in my local town. Most shops are between £5,000 to £10,000 per year with about £3,000 for rates and at this point I don’t have the capital to go ahead to rent somewhere so I can get a foot hold.
My town has a very busy high street with lots of passing trade, the town also has a population of about 13,000 people and which is a small part of west Lothian which has 165,700 people living in it. So I feel there is definitely enough potential customers out there to sustain a small family portrait photographic studio.
Most of the premises I’ve been looking at do not tie you into a contract so I can run this from month to month in the event it didn’t take off.
I feel that by having passing trade if can only enhance my chances of more work. I’m have been looking at low cost offers for mini photo shoots for children starting from as low as £9.99 where you also get two 7 x 5 prints, this can help to bring people through the door. Also offer a photo shoot for £50 which lasts about an hour and the family or individual will receive 15 edited images on a CD ready for them to print.
I’d like to offer low cost and mini photography shoots as well as normal full on shoots as I feel this offers families with a low income the opportunity to have great family portraits too, which could add up to a great amount of revenue.
This is a market that is always growing as everyone likes to have photos of their families and special friends and pets.
Also at these prices I feel that it’s so affordable that even in a recession it’s still a good solid business.
If you are interested in having a chat so you can find out more details, please feel free to leave a post with details on how to contact you.
Thank you for taking the time to ready my post.
Hudson
