Silent Business Partner Needed

I need a silent business parter who can either up front the start-up costs or has the ability to acquire a small business loan. I have completed a 5 yr business plan and am willing to email you a copy if you are interested. Total start-up is $34055.

This business is a childcare center. There is money to be made in this business despite what people may think. There will always be small children, therefore the need for childcare will always exist. Look at the business plan to see profit.

I don't think the issue is whether or not there will always be small children. I think it is whether or not there are already too many competing businesses.
Plus $34k sounds extremely low unless you are running this business out of your house.

I agree with you on that. The fact is, in our town, the population has increased by almost 10,000 in the last 10 years. New childcare centers have not been opened to accomodate this growth. Currently, there are only 9 facilities available. Many families are having to enroll their children in outlying towns which is having a negative impact on our city's financial growth.

Yes, the start-up seems low, but I am leasing a building rather than build a new site from the ground up.
