We are looking to secure $500k (US) in private placement funds. Proceeds will be used to fund offshore growth of a current sales and marketing model. Interest expense at an annualized rate of 12% will be paid monthly to the investor, with monthly principal payments to begin in year 2 & a projected payoff in that same year. In addition, a monthly profit-sharing will be paid over a period of years, with a total interest and profit-sharing residual payouts projected to be almost $400k. We do have an investment summary available upon request, with a returned signed NDA.
The model will be an expansion of what we have been doing for over 8 years. Our industry is booming when all is else is going south. We are in the debt world and nothing is better right now.
