Seeking Manager for Already Established Magazine Network

Right now I own a magazine network. Been trying to run the whole thing myself. It's tough because I have 46 different domains to reflect the 46 different states I am in.

I am seeking a manager who would be willing to find volunteers in each state to submit articles, news, stories, pictures, recipes, etc that pertain to the topic. Once these are submitted you would post them to the proper state in which they were submitted to. In return, I would pay a percentage of the amount of revenue the magazine would receive each month from a few sources. There are a couple already established things on the network that I will not share revenue in... However, there are many other income streams you can earn a share in.

- You should be a pro at Wordpress since all magazines use the WP platform.
- You should know how to Network in order to seek contributors.
- Should know how to sell ads if you find potential clients to advertise on the network or if they approach you.
- Should contribute at least a couple hours each day. If it becomes more than this, you will have the option to recruit help, which you will then have to split your share of the profits with.
- Must understand that this is a long term endeavor and not a get rich quick scheme. This is a legitimate magazine and business. This is something that if you worked every day on, in time you could receive a full time income from it and could work from home.
- MUST NOT BE AN ANIMAL RIGHTS ACTIVIST or this site may disturb you since it is geared towards hunters and outdoor enthusiasts. Word of caution: Site tends to lean biasly towards conservative values. May include rednecks, and those who cling to guns and their bibles.

EDITED TO ADD: Just to see the potential, let's just say you only made $10 per month per site. That would provide you with a $460 monthly income. This should be easily attainable in the first few months. Within a year that figure could easily be $50. This is a conservative figure just to understand the potential with 46 sites. $50/month times 46 sites is $2300... The potential is crazy. You could double, triple, quadruple that. It all depends on if you want to make it work and live on a steady income and not have to wake up and go to your dead end job each day.
