Hi, how is everyone? I'm looking for an investor for a small $4-$5k project which will consist of building and developing social networking applications, content websites and blogs that produce a monthly income.

Each of these will serve as part of a multiple income stream as opposed to just depending on one to be financially sufficient. I'm also looking to get my investor at least 2x their initial investment (within a six month term or less). Just as with anything else there is some risk involved (anyone that says there is none is lying).

Uses for the investment include; development, advertising, marketing costs, search engine optimization (in the case of websites and blogs). Once the initial investment is returned, if you are satisfied - you would be more than welcome to invest again.
