I'm interested in purchasing a very well established and successful bar/restaurant located in Tampa, Florida. The business makes over a million each year, loyal clientel, and has potential to do more with an active owner (myself with the assistance of 2 managers) as the current one is absentee.

The investment amount that I am seeking is $100k which will take care of the initial purchasing costs. The investor will receive a monthly payment of $3-4,000 a month for a term of 4 years. After payment term is complete, the investor has the opportunity to become a silent partner if interested.
