The recession may have hit but if there's one thing the Brits like to spend the little money they have left on... it's alcohol. There ain't no boozer like a British boozer...
We are looking at procuring an already established small drinking hole in the trendy area of Portobello Road, London... it will be kitsch, it will be cosmopolitan and it will be right down the street of the residents of this fantastic W11 location... literally.
We are looking at an investment of £200,000 either from one source or a few different places. Terms can be discussed on further contact...
On board we have an experienced manager with a high experience of day to day venue runnings and an extensive knowledge of international beer, wine and cocktails.
