Seeking investment for production of a MATURE - time tested Audio product.

Hello everyone! I am 27 and have been involved in sound since I began studying and practicing in the field during my high school days. I have done live sound for shows though primarily l have been involved in studio and location recording. I am very passionate about this field. So much so it has led me to want to start my own Audio Equipment MFG company. So here goes.

I have developed an audio product for the home and professional recording studio markets. The product is a microphone that hits the three big points.

Unique and eye catching physical design drawing initial interest, sound quality competes with the very best on most any instrument or voice, the price is at the prosumer level, a really good buy for major studios yet not out of reach for the home recordist. The first revision of this microphone went into service in one of Michigan's top studios in January 2008. The microphone is still in service and sees regular use.

Since that time over one dozen microphones were hand-made and sold. Industry trade shows have been attended with a booth and all key contacts have been made with the national and international media, national and international dealers and world-class / famous studios offering their studio time and name to back the product with promotional material. The best thing learned from these trade shows is that high and genuine public interest is truly there.

All manufacturing is lined up ready to go and is central to the state of Michigan. Assembly, testing, and quality assurance is being performed by a first rate company that has been in business for over 20 years. This is also a green certified product.

I am seeking funding to complete a small production run and to cover all traditional business expenses. My goal is to be ready to release the product and start taking orders that I can guarantee to be filled in a set amount of time with a second production run. No further investment would be needed due to established supplier credit.
