I have over 15k that I'd like to start lending out to people in my area. I'm looking for other hard money lenders that I can network with to possibly do business with in the future.

I won't be doing anything real estate related as my capital is not yet high enough.

I'll be seeking legal advice soon, and if all works out from a legal point of view, I think it would be cool to start building a national network of lenders to help other entrepreneurs.
