I am a partner of Signature Management, better known as "Team". We are the largest provider of leadership development materials. We provide audio and literary materials on leadership, in addition to providing leadership seminars. We provide our development system both to individuals for personal use, as well as to corporations and small businesses for developing leadership and people skills in their management, sales people, customer service representatives, etc.

Our business pays partners for successfully referring individuals or businesses to our training system in the form of a portion of the company's profit. We are a FPO (field profit only) business, meaning 100% of the profits of the company are distributed among partners who show results in referring the use of our materials. The pay can be small or substantial, depending on the results a partner achieves.

Our basic development system consists of one book per month, and eight (approx. 45 minute long) CD's. The cost of the system is approximately $65-$75/month/system. This price varies slightly month to month as while the price of the CD's remain $6/CD, the price of the book does vary. Our CDs are recordings of leadership seminars given by the consortium of Team recognized leaders in business, church, and other areas. The books we provide, such as "Launching a Leadership Revolution" by our founders, Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady, can be found in any book store. The advantage to our system is the book selection process. Over the course of a year, 12 books are released as a part of Team's monthly system. Our consortium of leaders, over the course of a year, will read in hundreds if not thousands of books. Our policy board convenes and discusses which books are most applicable to those trying to develop themselves and succeed in todays free market society. Those final 12 make it into our system.

Just to give you an idea of income potential, without getting into too much detail, here are a few approximations for income given that you have acquired a specified amount of customers of our system:

25 systems - $700.00/month
50 systems - $1500.00/month
100 systems - $3000.00/month
175 systems - $9000.00/month
300 systems - $17,000.00/month

Didn't have time to fully finish earlier. There is also another aspect to our business, if you are interested. Our business is open for you to operate in only the above capacity, or just in the capacity I am about to mention, or both.

We also deal in community building. As you'll hear about in our introduction video, we utilize concepts adopted from Michael Dell. We have also advanced the ideas of Ray Kroc and Sam Walton. We provide communities of loyal buyers for any number of fortune 500 and other smaller companies, more than 200 in all, including companies such as Best Buy, Circuit City, Barnes and Noble, Bass Pro Shops, Office Max, Kohls, Target, Omaha Steaks, and many many more. We pretty much have connections with enough companies that we have available nearly any product a consumer would wish to have. Our website is a portal to access to these companies. Our business partners are paid a portion of these companies profits when consumers are recommended to purchase from their respective websites through our portal. The advantage to the consumer is that as we drive up volume online for these companies, we begin to relay discounts to the consumer, so that going through our portal allows cheaper prices than can be had either on the given company's web site, or at their brick-and-mortar store. The benefit to the companies we work with is an increase in online volume, which despite sharing part of their profits with us for the referrals, they still make more money. If you are familiar with the trimming down of the standard distribution chain, the concept that made the Walmart the largest business in the world, then you will understand why it is that companies wish to do increasing volume online.

We have been doing this since 1999 and have become the best. We are opening our own portal in a few short months. We have been contracting with another such portal for the last 9 years or so, and have generated over 500 million dollars a year in revenue for that company in that short time span. We have made some refinements from the way they did business to the way our new portal will do business, creating much more growth in a much shorter amount of time.

This is the future of huge profits on the internet for the entrepreneur. We are the best at building loyal communities of online consumers, what Michael Dell said at the Detroit Economic Club meeting in 1999 would be the future of business in America.
