Seeking Business Partner for Unique Sports Site

I am looking for a business partner to help me run a unique sports website. The site has great potential to make a lot of money, but I need help running it.

Here is what I am looking for:
- Must be familiar with internet marketing
- Must be a sports fan
- Programming and SEO knowledge is a plus
- Must be hard working and have good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be able to work well with people and be able to bounce ideas with me
- Must live in the USA

Here is what I will offer:
- 5% equity in the company (with a chance to increase based on performance)
- split the sales profits 50/50
