Seeking a JV Investment Partner (s) for the purpose of acquiring income producing properties, i.e. Multi Family apartment complexes and Mini Malls. I have information on properties that are days away from auction and the Mortgages can be renegotiated and assumed/taken over. I have information on attaining $40,000,000 in real estate Funding, with a down payment of $125,000. The properties in question currently have a Net Operating Income of $800,000 monthly. These properties are sometimes distressed and or dilapidated. I have extensive knowledge/experience in all aspects of property Management, Building Maintenance, Repairs, Rehab, Renovations, Remodeling, Upgrades, Lease up, Construction, General Contracting and all Building Maintenance and Skilled Trades.
